Welcome to targeted personal triathlon coaching with Morten Gade Liebach, IRONMAN Certified Coach.
With personal coaching you will experience greater joy in training, increased motivation, and train more efficiently.
What Personal Coaching Means
I make training plans that accommodate you and your life. That way you, your family and your friends, won’t experience triathlon as something that costs too much time at home, or in your social life.
It might be that 25 hours of training per week is optimal for an Ironman, but since your life probably does not allow that kind of time investment, we will figure something out together.
At the same time I value that your personal training plan accommodate the club training, and training with friends, that you wish to be a part of. This increases both motivation and quality of life, and help building a lifestyle with training and happiness as a part of everyday life.
Hereby my recommendation of Morten to you, if you are thinking about getting a personal coach.
If I were to choose a personal coach, I would consider Morten.
Morten will ‘geek out’ (positively) on things, and therefore accumulate a strong knowledge about what is optimal for you as an athlete, and he will take good care of you. You will get a competent and very good coach.

About Morten Gade Liebach
I have been a triathlete for 25 years, since 1992, with a debut on the Ironman distance in 1994. Since then it’s been a total of 6 ironman distance races, and quite a lot of shorter races. After the 3rd Ironman I had 8 years out of the sport with almost no training, so I almost started from scratch again in 2005. A very valuable experience.
In the last few years, coaching has taken up more and more time, especially as swim coach in Randers Freja Triathlon, and with the Danish Triathlon Federation Coach 1 & 2 courses, and I am an IRONMAN Certified Coach.
